Returns:
We do not accept returns. The only time we allow returns is if the boots arrive damaged(Not the box). When you provide photo evidence of the damaged boots, we will then accept the return. Once we receive the damaged boots back. We will then issue a refund, which takes 1-3 business days. Some of the older or “retro” models can be fragile, as they are not designed to last long. The material that holds them together might be degraded, and there is no way for us to tell , so wear them sparingly! We also suggest not wearing any old models on turf, as turf eats away at the, very fast.
Shipping:
All pairs are shipped with USPS, and occasionally UPS. Once you order a pair, you will get a confirmation email. Once a shipping label has been provided, you will receive a second email with that tracking code, that will automatically take you to the respective service. Inside the US can take 2-7 days with standard shipping, with the option to pay for quicker shipping. For international shipping, it can take 2 weeks to several months, as Covid has disrupted all shipping around the globe. We are working on better options, but currently to keep costs low for our clients, this is the best we can do.
